Grace Abella-Zata
President, AOBS
Grace Abella-Zata leads AOBS as President. She holds an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of the Philippines. A former President of the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP, 2009), she has taught graduate-level HR and is a regular speaker on HR topics.
Edith C. Arias
General Manager, AOBS
Edith C. Arias serves as General Manager of AOBS, a strategic HR and talent leader with 10+ years leading the company. A De La Salle University alumna, her career includes prior roles at ePLDT, SM Development Corporation, and Genpact, where she built broad experience across multiple industries.
