Advanced Outsourcing and Business Services, Inc. ("AOBS," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose your personal data when you visit our website (aobs.ph), inquire about our services, or engage with us as a client.

This policy is written in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA), and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, as administered by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.

We collect personal data in the following situations:

When you submit an inquiry

Through our "Get Tailored Guidance" inquiry form, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Email address
  • Company name
  • Country or location (optional)
  • The service you're inquiring about
  • A description of your situation (optional, free text)

When you visit our website

Our website may collect technical data through analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity) including:

  • IP address (anonymized where possible)

  • Pages visited and time spent

  • Device type and operating system

Analytics cookies and tracking are not activated until you provide explicit consent through our cookie consent banner, in accordance with Republic Act 10173.

When you engage AOBS as a client

As part of delivering HR outsourcing, Employer of Record (EOR), or project staffing services, we may collect and process personal data relating to your employees or candidates, including employment records, identification documents, statutory benefit information (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), payroll data, and disciplinary records. Processing of this data is governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) entered into with each client.

4. Why we collect it — lawful basis and purpose

We collect and process your personal data for the following purposes, each with a corresponding lawful basis under the DPA:

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing unrelated to the service you inquired about.

5. Who we share your data with

We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients:

  • Government agencies — as required by Philippine law (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR) in the course of delivering our services
  • Web3Forms — used to process and relay inquiry form submissions to our team. Web3Forms processes form data on servers outside the Philippines; their privacy policy is available at web3forms.com/privacy.
  • Google Analytics — used for website analytics (with your consent). Google may process data outside the Philippines; see Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Cloudflare — used for website hosting and content delivery. Cloudflare may process request metadata (including IP addresses) through its global network; see Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
  • Professional advisors — legal, accounting, or compliance advisors when required and under appropriate confidentiality obligations

We do not sell your personal data. Where our service providers process data outside the Philippines, we use those services subject to their own privacy commitments and applicable data protection frameworks.

6. How long we keep your data

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by Philippine law. General guidelines:

  • Inquiry data: retained for as long as necessary to respond and follow up, typically up to 2 years from the date of inquiry, unless a client engagement begins — in which case it is retained for the duration of the engagement plus any legally required period thereafter.
  • Employee and payroll records (for client engagements): retained in accordance with Philippine statutory requirements under DOLE, BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG — generally a minimum of 3 years following the end of the engagement, or longer if required by law.
  • Website analytics data: retained in accordance with the data retention settings of Google Analytics 4 (default: 14 months).

7. Your rights under the Data Privacy Act

Under Republic Act 10173, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

  • Right to be informed — to know how and why your data is collected and processed
  • Right of access — to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Right to rectification — to request correction of inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure or blocking — to request deletion or suppression of your data where it is no longer needed or where processing is unlawful
  • Right to object — to object to processing based on legitimate interest or for direct marketing purposes
  • Right to data portability — to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used format
  • Right to file a complaint — with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) at privacy.gov.ph if you believe your rights have been violated

8. Cookies and tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies. We use a cookie consent mechanism that follows Google Consent Mode v2. No analytics or marketing cookies are activated until you provide explicit consent.

Strictly necessary cookies: these are essential for the website to function and cannot be disabled.

Analytics cookies (requires consent): we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site. These are activated only after consent.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on our website. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated policy.
